Tamar Yaniv Joins Seeking Alpha as SVP Sales & Marketing

I am delighted to announce we’ve added a new team member at Seeking Alpha. Tamar Yaniv (pictured right) joins us as SVP Sales & Marketing.

She comes to Seeking Alpha from PokerStars.com, the world's largest online poker site, where she served for three years as European Marketing Director. In this position Tamar established and managed the company's European activities, capturing significant market share and making the site number one in Europe. She led the company's European strategy and was responsible for the EMEA division's P&L, including full hiring and managing responsibilities for a team spanning five countries.

In 2000 Tamar co-founded Digital Eve Israel, the first and only networking organization for women in hi-tech in Israel. This local chapter of an international organization currently has more than over 1,000 subscribed members.

Tamar has a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Arts & Sociology from Tel Aviv University and an MSc in Industrial Design from the Technion.
